What Is The Treatment For Heaviness And Tightness In The Arm?

I've been having the sensation that my right hand/part of right arm are falling asleep but I'm still able to move them and still have feeling when I touch. There's been some heavy/tightness in the joint areas. Is this something I need to see the doctor for?
