What Is The Treatment For Heavy Bleeding Menstruation?

Hello, I have been taking lisinopril 20 mg and 12.5 mg hydrocholorzaide since June 10th. In the months before I had normal menstrual cycles, with my flow being not heavy some months. Other months the flow is heavy with heavy clotting. Since taking the above meds. I have been having a heavy cycle with heavy clotting. My periods usually last 7 days. I am going on 3 weeks. Not normal. I was already anemic so the ongoing period does not help. In reading both of the meds side effects, it states unusual bleeding. Does this mean in women the menstrual cycle. Also was prescribed 80 mg baby aspirin for clotting. Is the aspririn supposed to hinder clotting? I have an Dr. appt on Monday. Just looking for some guidance now.
