What Is The Treatment For High Blood Pressure?
Off lately i have been diagnosed with high BP with values to begin with @ 190/120 now after medication for the last seven days the BP reads as 160/95, i am on Nulong 5mg and tell ma 20mg, all other parameters normal. Normally I feel high in the evening

The treatment of blood pressure consist of medicines, life style modification and search for secondary treatable causes.
Life style modifications for any hypertensive patient include maintaining optimal weight (body mass index ~23), Daily supervised exercise, low salt diet rich in nuts/legumes/vegetables & fruits, relaxation exercise/ meditation and avoiding alcohol/smoking.
