What Is The Treatment For Hip And Joint Pain?

hi i am 30 living in india. i m suffering hipjoint pain. 3 month before doctor doing MRI scaninng and result is avsculas nacrosis of hip. then last 3 month im taking calcium tablet daily. every month my both knee joint paning (5/6 day) . i cant walk very well. last 3 month i m not going to my duty, my job is Machinist. now i talk to other docter then he say you need PET scanning, this scanning giving you a acurate result. what i do now? pls give me advise. do the needful. thanks.
