White blood cell count can be safely increased with pegfilgrastim 6mg given subcutaneously. This injection should be given at least 24 hours after chemotherapy and next chemotherapy should be administered 14 days after the injection.
If next chemotherapy is scheduled in less than 14 days from now, then injection filgrastim 6 microgram per kilogram can be given subcutaneously once daily for few days.

Please discuss it with your oncologist.
