What Is The Treatment For Infected Cysts In Mons Pubis Area?

My entire mons pubis is covered in huge infected pus filled cysts. I have been suffering with them for two months. they pop every day, but the next morning they are still there. It all started with a very small yeast infection. I cant even sit up straight or close my legs because it hurts so badly. Please help me with any information you have.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
You may be having recurrent furuncles, which is an infection of the hair follicle. It is common in the pubic region especially if you have itching due to allergy/ yeast infection. Scratching the area introduces the infection into the hair follicles, which get inflamed and become red, swollen and painful.
You will need a course of oral antibiotics like Cloxacillin or cephalexin for 5-7 days. You could also apply antibiotic creams containing 2% mupirocin or 1% fucidic acid. Hot compresses also provide relief.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
