What Is The Treatment For Inflammation Of The Lower Front Gum?

I have some inflammation on my lower front gum , the teeth above the area has a bridge,I've had oral surgery there ,root canal ect. That was 30 years ago. I floss under the bridge,have my teeth cleaned regularly. Yesterday it looked like a blister was forming now it looks like it's gone . It is sore when I press on it

Read your query.

Infection or inflammation in any of the tooth under the bridge could have caused the abscess in the region mentioned.Reinfection of the root canal teeth could be the possible reason.

I would advice you to visit your endodontist and have a radio graph done to evaluate the status of the treated teeth .If infected you can carry on the
re-treatment based on the condition of the teeth.

Do salt water gargling.
Antibiotic may be required based on the infection.
