What Is The Treatment For Ingrown Hairs On The Breast , Back And Leg?

I am not entirely sure how this works, but I do have what appears to be ingrown hairs (that s kind of what they look like) on my right breast, my back, and now on my leg. It is a...growth? of nearly 4. They are tender to the touch, and cause discomfort. And they constantly stay a red color. I know they are not ingrown hairs or pimples. So if you could help me solve what it is and how I can get rid of them, I will greatly appreciate it.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having psedo-folliculitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching and NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
