What Is The Treatment For Irregular Menstruation?

I had my period the end of July and am now having it again. I ve been on for 4 days so far its really heavy and there as only been 11 days between this one and my one in July. I ve never had two so close together. I had twins last august (a year ago on the 13th), since then my periods have been really heavy, with increased bloating (feels like when i was first pregnant) but i get no cramps or other signs that my period is starting, I am 26, 5ft 7 and around 90kg.

Hi welcome to HCM...

You are having irregular menstruation problem along with heavy bleeding. ..

So work up needed with detail history , physical examination , pelvic examination and per speculum examination ...
USG abdomen also done ...
This all will help in rule out fibroid , ovarian problem , chronic inflammation if present

If needed hormonal estimation can be done ...
According to cause treatment can be guided

If no specific organic cause present than you might given primolut N (5 mg )like norethisterone drug for heavy menses ....
