What Is The Treatment For Irregular Periods And Thyroid Problems?

HI I HAVE IRREGULAR PERIODS PROBLEM AND THYROID PBM..NOW IAM MARRIED(6MONTHS) . MY LMP WAS ON DEC-25 .I CONSULTED A DOCTOR THAT SHE GAVE ME SUSTEN200 AND TOLD ME TO TAKE FOR 5 DAYS AND U WILL GET PERIODS WITHIN A WEEK. NOW I GOT PERIODS ON MARCH-8(TODAY) . SHE TOLD ME TO GIVE BLOOD TESTS ON SECOND DAY OF PERIODS AND REPORT ON THIRD DAY . WHAT TREATMENT SHE WILL GIVE ME AFTER THIS. PLS GUIDE ME.

If this is the case of hormone imbalance then for sure you will be given hormone supplement.

It all depends upon the history given and the clinical assessment and the tests asked, information provided here is very brief and it is not possible to comment in detail.

With thyroid dysfunction irregular menstrual cycle is common in my opinion you can discuss this with an endocrinologist.
