What Is The Treatment For Irregular Periods?

i have irregular periods from the month of January till june.(ie alternate month ) (the month i missed my cycle i had only spotting for a day ) but now i have not got my periods from 2 month. the prescribed medicvin i had take is oosure plus and a syrup m2 tone pls suggest what to do next.
