What Is The Treatment For Itchiness And Black Scars In The Legs?

i had this frequent scratching since 3 weeks and until now, still the same problem for me,most of the time it happens during bedtime. This frequent scrathing located at my two front legs and also at my back and now i have black scars on this portion. So very annoying and irritating because when i just touch my legs and at my back, the feeling of scratching will not stop and i can feel i wont stop till i am satisfied. Meantime, i used this Idomin ointment now continuously, i can feel its better but then again the next day same feeling of scratching is back again. Long before i used Dove as my soup and i dont have this problem before. please help me solve this skin problem which is very annoying to me. thank you
