Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely accumulation of Smegma and fungal infection. In such case i advise my patients to clean with warm water or saline and apply antifungal ointments like clotrimazole or terbinafine locally. It is better to avoid soaps and disinfectants like savlon as it may irritate more.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
