Hello,

Your history suggests you have urticaria. Urticaria is a type of allergy that can occur due to many causes. You have urticaria our to food allergy. When such patient presents to my clinic I start him/her on antihistamine tablet like levocertirizine 5 mg daily at night continuously for 3 weeks and then assess the response.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shukla, Dermatologist
