What Is The Treatment For Itchy And Painful Anus?

I have been having scratching/itching pain next to my anus on the left side. The first doctor I saw said I had hemmeroids and I have been putting ointments on it for some time now. It seems to get better but the anal itching persists. I also notice that my left testicle drops (the itching is on the left side), when I used the wipes with Aloe and Witch Hazel. The testicle pain went away for awhile, however, the itching persists. Last week when I carried groceries in the pain came back again, I had problems sleeping at night. It seems like it just keeps reoccurring. The last time that I went to the doctor they said I had a very small hemmoroid and the left side of the lower end of my anus had irritated skin. My left testicle dropped again, the left side of my anus is itchy. I am so tired of this!! I cant squat because It feels like Im going to reagrivate it.

hii.thank you for contacting us.my opinion is that ,you are having allergic dermatitis.dont scratch the anal area.take tablet levocetrizine twice daily for 5 days.apply calamine lotion over the anal area twice daily for 5 days.maintain good hygiene around the anal area.kindly consult your dermatologist if your problem persisits.thank you.
