My son in law is passing with heavy bleeding fr past one week.he is ubndergoing treatment. First on sat he consulted a doctor he told to take only milk products like cur, buttermilk , milk. But still he had bleeding. So that Dr sent him to a gastrenologist. He said u should not take milk products at all which wil make worse in bleeding. He told to do CBC& ESR , LFT and stool test but fr time being he gave medicines and told to have normal foods and avoid milk products, soft drinks. But after all these he is still having the bleeding with lower abdominal pain. What food he can have exactly and what will be the cause. Let me know immediately. Im in dubai, so tiday I s holiday only tomorrow we can see Dr.
HI Thank for asking to HCM Looking to your history and the complain what to eat and what not to eat is not important, important is how to stop the bleeding by treating the underlying cause, the numbers of reasons are there for this complain and that need to be investigated If I would be your Doctor then I would surely conduct the routine clinical examination and that gives perfect clue of bleeding you can have word with your doctor(Haemorrhoid, fissures, ulcerative colitis are likely) have nice day
