I have an itchy rash that i got after my period. Its been coming and going for almost a month, its my period again in a few days and the rash showed up again. I applied hydrocotizone (idk if i spelled it right) cream and after a few days it goes away and i started leave my undies off cause i think my undies were chafing it and making it way worse i got the rash right after i started to wear undies again..( the rash is between my thighs next to, but not in or on my vagina..) pretty sure my periods gonna make it worse again cuz ill have to wear undies. But im going to keep appling hydrocotizone cream till it goes away again and after my period avoid undies... What do you think i should do that would work better, maybe? Thanks!
