What Is The Treatment For Joint Pain And Headache?

I have had aches in my joints, headaches confusion and memory loss along with tiredness and general unwellness. I had an acute episode of confusion and fever and was sent for a ct scan and had a lumber puncture which came back normal. All the doctor said was my White blood cell count was high and sent me home with a 5 day course of augmentin. I was still really weak and didn't challenge this. I was given drugs such as aciclovir and cefelexin in hospital. They also took vaginal swabs and I have to ring my gp for these results. I feel dissatisfied and feel I don't know what's happening? I have recently Been diagnosed with celiac disease, however don't feel this is linked. Also they said they think I'd suffered from a viral infection. If this is true why am I on anti biotics as this treats only bacteria? Thanks
