Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns

I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications.
in my opinion you might be getting low sugars which might be the reason for your tiredness.
i suggest to take test whenever you are feeling tiredness by doing this we can rule out the low sugar issues.
in juvenile diabetes there might be associated hypothyroidism and other hormonal problems which will cause similar picture.
i suggest you to check for thyroid profile and cortisol levels.

Honestly, I don't diagnose you with this condition; but it's definitely worth evaluation in these lines since there are many matching symptoms. Please discuss with your treating doctor.
regards
