What Is The Treatment For Knee And Ankle Pain?

my knee will randomly begin to hurt along with my ankle, it hurts to walk on my ankle but it will randoly start to hurt a lot and stop by a few hours. My knee creeks and sometimes hurts but it also pops when i bend down. What can i do? why is this happening? im only 14!
