What Is The Treatment For Knee Pain And Numbness In The Foot?

I have had two back surgerys in a year to repair and redo disk in my back at l5 - s1. Its been three month since the last surgery. I still have pain to the left of the insecion running down my left leg. Extreme pain at my knee and left foot is numb, jumps and ice cold.
