No obvious deformity of right shoulder. Some mild evidence of muscle atrophy. Mild to moderate tenderness over ac joint and posterior aspect of the right shoulder. Range of motion internal rotation 10. External rotation 10. Abduction from 0-100. Forward flexion 0-100. Obriends test genitive although did increase pain in shoulder. Liftoff test was positive. Hawkins test was also positive. Strength in bicep and tricep intact. Radial pulses equal bilaterally. capillary refill is less than 2 seconds. Disal neuro status was intact bilaterally. Routine MRI of the right shoulder revealed the tear changes in the ac join as well as the supraspinatus. The labrum was intact there was no evidence of a specific labral tear or supraspinatus tear.
