Hello and welcome to health care magic.
The condition you are facing is called erectile dysfunction. It can be caused by numerous conditions like diabetes, hormonal, vessel abnormalities, psychogenic etc.
My advice is to visit an Andrologist/Urologist. He will examine your penis and will do a doppler test(CDDU) , hormonal tests and check for diabetes and thyroid abnormalities.
The treatment depends on the cause of the erectile dysfunction. If the medical treatment fails, there is option for penile implants, with which you can perform regular sexual intercourse.
Hope this discussion will be helpful to you.
Thank you.
