What Is The Treatment For Left Zygomatic Bone?

hi sir, i had a fracture in my left zygomatic bone. i can feel a slight rise in the bone in lower orbit of my left eye. As i donot have any probelms with my vision doctors advised me no need of surgery. Is this a right decision, whether i get any probelms for my vision in future. please help me
