What Is The Treatment For Leg And Shoulder Pain?
Today I was doing a splits stretch. I was working on my leg that s not as flexible. I was pulling my leg out and around my shoulder and heard a popping sound. I immediately can t out the stretch. Now my leg is kinda sore in my left hamstring near my butt. Do you think I seriously injured myself and should see a doctor?
