What Is The Treatment For Loss Of Appetite?

For the past couple years I have had a problem with eating.. and I absolutely love food. I will get an appetite and cook some food then once I go to eat it I cant. It grosses me out and I have to force myself to eat to the point where im gaging. I have absolutely no problem with food or the taste its just like when I go to eat my appetite leaves and I have been struggling with this for years. It use to be painful when I would eat. I feel very tired a lot and very unmotivated to do a lot of the things i use to love to do. When i start to make myself eat i start to sweat or evening thinking about have to eat.
