What Is The Treatment For Lower Back Pain , Stomach Pain And Nabothian Cyst?
Recently had abdominal and pelvic ultrasounds, ct scan and colonoscopy. Been having pain lower back,right abdomen ( no appendix ) for about three months. Severely limits mobility, especially when lying down. Test results: Uterus is heterogeneous in echotexture, nabothian cyst,6mm follicle in right overy, 3 mm calcification in right lobe of the liver. What could be causing the pain? What is next step?

cause of pain can be adenomyosis , pelvic inflammatory disease or degenerative disc disease.its better to take one full course of antibiotics to treat underlying cervicitis
