What Is The Treatment For Lump In Chest, Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath And Dark Phlegm?

i smoke and there is a lump right in the middle of my chest and it is tough. sometimes when i bend down i feel a sharp pain in my chest and i get short of breath easily .... i have also been coughing up very thick dark brown phlegm the consistency of jelly for like two years

It's really urgent to go for a fine-needle aspiration cytology for lung mass or biopsy for histopathological or cytological diagnosis to know the nature of the lump.
