Hi, I have 2 lumps in back of my neck on on top left one on top right. The one on left is big and tender where the right on is small and doesn't hurt. I have also been feeling dizzy for a month now and last week started to feel short of breath. I am a vagetarian and my gums are white so I think I am anemic, can you help as to what is wrong with me. Thanks
I have read your query . As far as lump in neck is concerned this can be enlarged cervical lymph nodes due to infection . For this I will suggest you to keep watch on lump . If it increase in size or you have symptoms like pain or fever then you should consult physician for clinical examination of lump and if needed go for investigation like biopsy .
Hope this will help you .
