What Is The Treatment For Malpositioned Uterus And A Ovarian Cyst?

Hi, I had a scan today and got to know mu utereus is positioned low and i have a cyst with 35* 35 MM in my right ovary. Doctor told me its like a size of an orange. She also suggested me MRI pelvis, CBC and CA125. I am wondering how critical is this problem.
