What Is The Treatment For Microvascular Ischemic Disease?

I recently had a MRI and it indicated that i have microvascular ischemic disease. I am a female 61 yrs old ,never smoked, have very low blood pressure, no dibetes can I do any thing to reverse this or keep it from getting worse? Oh I an 5'7" and weigh 135lbs. My MRI was because I have been having head aches on my scalp like someone is pulling my hair. It is on the right side of a central part.
