I've always had migraines growing up, but they've been getting a lot worse lately. They make me feel nauseous now which ends with my head in the toilet. I've taken medicine before, but it doesn't work anymore. What's the best way for me to tackle this dilemma?

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic. You have not mentioned which drug you are taking. Whenever you have migraine attack take sumatriptan plus naproxen combination drugs.Rest in quit and dark room. If such attack comes for more then 4 times in month then start prophylactic amitryptillin like drug. Avoid triggering factor for headache like,,.. -stress -skipped meal -low sugar -inadequate sleep -noisy environment -bright light etc.... Coffee good taken early in morning. Muscle relaxation and massage good for headache. Peppermint oil inhalation open all sinus and increase blood flow so good herbal remedy Take enough sleep.
