What Is The Treatment For Mild Concussion?

Hey i had a mild concussion during my lacrosse game on Wednesday the 27th and today is the 29th. I went to the hospital and everything was okay just a concussion. I remember almost everything but Ive had headaches and such. So my doctor said that my ct scan came back clean. My question is, is it ok to smoke marijuana today to ease my headaches? Is there gonna be any negative effects other than on the lungs? I found something online that read this "You can smoke whenever you want, actually THC (the active substance in weed) is a neuroprotector, it actually stops neurons from dying after a concussion.
