What Is The Treatment For Minor Sprain And Pain In The Leg?

Hi, I was just at a volleyball tournament and the athlete trainer said that I only had a "minor sprain". There is no swelling, bruising, etc., and I can apply pressure and walk lightly without any pain. It is currently elevated and iced. I have another tournament tomorrow. Will I be able to play?
