As you describe, it is difficult to diagnose the condition,so i advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have a steroid injection locally.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac, and lactic acid bacill tablets.
