What Is The Treatment For Mouth Pain?

I am feeling pain in the roof of my mouth .... yesterday it felt like the skin was streching and there was a dry spot.... im not sure what is wrong.. I started taking iron pills last night because i am anemic. and have not taken them for a long time. but never had this issue.

hello, thanks for your query, chronic nutritional defeciencies can cause ulcers in side the oral cavity, they are painful. you need to visit an ent surgeon to rule out the deficiencies and infections. hope I have answerd your query. all the best. take care.
