What Is The Treatment For Mouth Ulcers And Tonsillitis?

ive had tonsillitus for 5 days and my mouth is really sore and my tonsillitus is starting to go yet i have really bad uncers in my mouth still. the doctor has gave me some antiseptic mouthwash but its not seeming to have a act at all what should i do?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Apthous Stomatits along with Tonsillitis..
Apthous Stomatitis can be due to a number of causes like allergic reaction to antibiotics if you are taking any for infection, it can also occur secondary to throat infection causing inflammation..
Other causes can be deficiency of iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid, stress, acid reflux, dry mouth etc..
I would suggest you to apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine or analgesic gel containing Choline Salicylate to relieve pain and discomfort..
Do warm saline gargles..
Gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl..
Avoid hot and spicy food and drink plenty of water..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
