What Is The Treatment For Muscle Tremors , Dizziness And Insomnia?

i stopped drinking 12 days ago after a year and a half of pretty regularly getting drunk, im still experiencing muscle tremors and dizziness and insomnia, ive had half a glass of wine every other night hoping it would help, what can i do to get rid of these symptoms?
