What Is The Treatment For Myasthenia Gravis?

I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in April 2000, but the doctors at that time did not know that I had Klinefelter's syndrome as it had not been tested. I was tested for Klinefelters in February 2011 and it was confirmed that I had Karotype 47XXY. Apparently my MG tests were mainly negative except one which was borderline. If I did not MG why did my left leg collapse in March 2000 and my right eye lock in a squint? Which muscles are effected by Klinefelters. I am 67 years old, male, height 5ft 9ins and weight 104kg
