Fungal infection of the nails or onychomycosis is a very common condition. Topical antifungal creams like amrolfine twice daily along with topical amrolfine nail lacquer once a week may be tried.Oral pulse therapy with terbinafine may also help.Avoid using detergents for a long time. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
