I have a constantly blocked nose -mainly on the right hand side which is getting worse and seems to make me snore and wake up suddenly on a number of occassions in the night.I find it difficult to breathe through my nose and during the night I am desparate for a drink of water to refresh my mouth
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems like you are suffering from Chronic Maxillary Sinusitis leading to congestion, blocked nose and discomfort breathing.. You can consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to get investigations like PNS VIEW of sinuses or MRI done to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms and if Sinusitis is confirmed he can advise you to take antibiotics like Cephalexin or Levofloxacin, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestant Oral as well as Nasal like Phenylephrine, steam inhalation, saline nasal irrigation and do warm compresses over chest.. Use a humidifier in your room..
Hope this information helps..
