What Is The Treatment For Neuropsychiatric Problems?

one of relatives is struggling of neuropsycriatic problem.she is having attack though she is under treatment.she in forgetting every thing and sometimes can remember stuff for some moments again.she is getting angry with out reason..cant sleep or eat properly..can you kindly suggest me what can we do now..can you please suggest her any doctor?
