What Is The Treatment For Night Sweats And Body Aches?

39 year old male with night sweats, body aches and headache x2 days. No GI or other issues such as diarrhea or vomiting. Had body aches, headache, fever, GI symptoms about 3 weeks ago. Prior to that a sinus infection that I think has cleared up. But still some clogging of ears. Otherwise, in general in good health.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Night sweats, muscle and joint aches and headache can occur in viral or bacterial infections.

If you have a previous sinus infection and still experiencing blocked ears, it is possible that it is an upper respiratory tract infection.

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment. It is possible that the infection is viral and antibiotics are not needed but this would be determined by your doctor.

I hope this helps
