What Is The Treatment For Noduele In The Upper Left Lung?

It appears that through a CAT scan that there is mnoduele in the upper left lung. There was a small moduele in the right lung and after taking cefuroxime Axetil for almost ten days, it shrunk and went away. Now my pulmonary doctor ordered more of the medicine, but it is difficult for me to take it so I have had 5 more pills this last week to work on the lert lung. I have had a burning warm feeling in that area for a long time, but no one discovered the problem until now. I thought it was a heart problem but no one came to a conclusion and I didn't have a test to find out. I have Sjogrens desease.
I report to ;my doctor on Feb. 20 to see how the latest CAT scan looks since the first scan that showed the shrunk moduele. I am hoping that it affected this one on the left lung like the first one and it won't be cancerous. If so, what treatment will be necessary? Radiation ?
Can the Doctor tell if it is cancerous from the CAT scan or do I need a biopsy?
Sorry for this taking so long, but I will appreciate your answer. I am 83

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I actual paying more attention towards the clinical symptoms of the patient and that is the only important matter, if you do not have any obvious clinical sign and symptoms then why to worry about this, looking to your age this type of nonspecific findings are very likely and does not shows any clear cut indication neither gives any clue, hope this information helps you have nice time.
