What Is The Treatment For Numbness And Pain In The Calf?

Hi, over a week ago I burned myself on a motorbike exhaust on my calf muscle, the size of x2 20cent pieces put together which was a second degree burn. I didnt go see the docs but it has healed fine so far. For the first 48hrs I couldn't feel it because it went numb but then I had severe pain. I'm not sure if this is related but I'm now getting tingling feeling up my calf muscle and uncomfortable/painful cramp. Also before you may ask, the skin is bright pink which suggests new skin is coming. But any advice would be great!
