What Is The Treatment For Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Shin?

I just got kicked in the shin playing soccer this evening. I have a huge contusion on the part of my shin that was kicked. It is very difficult for me to put my weight on it. I have it elevated, but my foot feels like it is numb/tingly. Did I fracture it??
