What Is The Treatment For Numbness In The Arms?

okay, so, the day before yesterday, my friend bit me, as hard as he could, on my arm....and he bites REALLY hard...and now, the area right above my bite....it's like a little below my wrist...my left arm...a little off to the right...yeah, it's numb. You can pinch me really hard, and I'll barely feel it....and I recently discovered that if i apply a little bit of pressure to the center of the bite mark, it sends tingles down through the rest of my arm that right below my thumb. is this bad? should i be worried?
