What Is The Treatment For Numbness In The Face?

I am having some numbness/discomfort on the left side of my face, specifically in my jaw. Also, I broke out in a cold sweat. My BP is 133/76; HR is 87. No chest pain or severe arm pain, although the pain in my left arm feels like I've pulled a muscle. Should I call EMTs?
