Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! I appreciate your concern. Your headaches seem to be a tension type headache. I wouldn t exclude the role of raised blood pressure in this type of headache. A cervical spondylarthrosis can also cause similar symptoms. I don t think that this feeling is related to an intracranial disorder like tumor as far as you do not refer other symptoms like gait imbalance etc. I would recommend you to consult with your GP, have a physical examination for neurological sign. A routine blood test and coagulation tests may be helpful to exclude a chronic anemia or coagulation disorders related to the oral contraceptives.
