What Is The Treatment For Numbness In The Legs And Shin?

Hi. About six months ago I began having numbness in my left hand (fingertips) and my left leg in the shin area. I went to the doctor who initially told me I had guillan barre. About two and a half months after the symptoms began, they went away. A month later, the numbness came back in both my legs. I am also beginning to experience nerve pain. Recently, the doctors found an abnormal presence of anti centromere B in my sisters bloodwork. If I have an abnormal presence of the same antibodies, could they be causing my symptoms?
